Size issues? Damage issues?

Don’t worry, we’ve all been there. Say hello to easy exchanges and returns with FAIE.  

  • You may initiate an exchange or a return within 5 calendar days of receiving your purchase. After 5 days have gone by, your return/exchange request will not be accepted. 
  • The shipping cost for returning the product is to be borne by the customer.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or return, your products must be in the same condition that you received them–unworn.They must be in their original packaging.
  • We will investigate the returned/exchanged product before accepting or rejecting your request. 
  • Refunds for the returns will be processed within 5-7 working days. The shipping charge, if any, will not be refunded.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception. Do not accept an item if it isn’t properly sealed or packaged. Contact us at +91 9958731315 immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

We also offer a 6-month warranty on all footwear purchased from us (this covers the embellishments only and does not include issues due to wear and tear such as fading or scruffing of soles). Do reach out to us via whatsapp with your order number and we will evaluate the issue and find the best possible solution. Do note, any shipping charges that arise in the process would be covered by the customer.

Cancellation Policy 

Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended.
